Draft for counsel review. This page describes Tripmunk’s current product and intended practices, but it is not approved for a store submission yet.
Product and account help
For sign-in trouble, imports, saved places, collections, trips, collaboration, or another product issue, email support@tripmunk.app. Include your username, the device or browser you used, what happened, and the page URL when relevant.
Never send your password, authentication code, private key, or payment credential.
Report content or an account
When possible, sign in and open the menu on the relevant profile, post, comment, trip, or collection. Choose Report, select the closest reason, and add details that help a reviewer understand the concern.
If the in-app report is unavailable, email safety@tripmunk.app with the Tripmunk URL, username, and a written description. Do not attach suspected illegal imagery or download it to make a report.
Privacy requests
For questions about personal information, access, correction, deletion, or privacy choices, email privacy@tripmunk.app. We may need to verify that the request relates to your account before acting on it.
Intellectual-property concerns
Send a clear description of the work, the Tripmunk URL, your contact information, the basis for your claim, and any authority you have to act for the rights holder to support@tripmunk.app. Tripmunk’s final notice-and-counter-notice procedure requires counsel approval before store submission.
Moderation decisions and appeals
Account holders can review warnings, restrictions, removals, suspensions, and eligible appeals in Settings under Safety. Use that private route for an appeal so it stays connected to the decision record.
Emergencies
Tripmunk is not an emergency service and does not monitor email as an emergency channel. Contact local emergency services when someone may be in immediate danger.
