Your agreement with Tripmunk
These Terms apply when you access or use Tripmunk’s website, mobile apps, and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Community Guidelines.
If you do not agree, do not create an account or use Tripmunk.
Who may use Tripmunk
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use Tripmunk. You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in methods secure.
What Tripmunk provides
Tripmunk helps people save places, organize collections, share travel ideas, publish posts, follow other people, and build itineraries together. Features may change as the service develops.
Place details, maps, ratings, directions, websites, hours, and similar information may come from third parties. Check important travel details with the original provider before relying on them.
Accounts and access
- Use one account for yourself and do not impersonate another person or organization.
- Do not share access in a way that puts another person’s account or information at risk.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
- You may delete your account from Settings or through the account-deletion web resource.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you create. You give Tripmunk a non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, adapt for display, distribute, and show that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and promote the service according to the audience choices you make.
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to upload or share content, including photos, captions, comments, profile information, collection content, and trip content.
Prohibited conduct
Do not use Tripmunk to break the law, harm another person, interfere with the service, evade safety controls, collect data without permission, or share content prohibited by the Community Guidelines.
Moderation and enforcement
Tripmunk may screen, restrict, remove, preserve, or review content and accounts to operate the service, enforce these rules, address reports, protect people, and comply with law. Automated checks are one part of this process and can make mistakes.
Depending on the circumstances, Tripmunk may warn an account, limit a capability, remove content, suspend an account, or permanently ban an account. Eligible decisions can be appealed through the Safety area in Settings.
Ending use of the service
You may stop using Tripmunk at any time. Account deletion is permanent. Tripmunk may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, enforce these Terms, or comply with law.
Service availability and responsibility
Tripmunk is provided as available. Travel conditions, business information, prices, opening hours, directions, safety conditions, and entry requirements can change. Tripmunk does not replace advice from an official source, travel provider, emergency service, or qualified professional.
Changes to these Terms
When material terms change, Tripmunk will update the date on this page and provide notice or request acceptance when required. The version accepted by an account will be recorded before that account creates new user content.
